Return Eligibility

Because each item is made to order, we can’t accept general returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, color, or changing your mind.

However, we’re committed to ensuring you’re happy with your purchase.
You may request a replacement or refund within 30 days of delivery if your order meets one of the following conditions:

-Damaged Goods: Item damaged during shipping (report within 48 hours of delivery with photos).

-Defective Product or Print Issue: Manufacturing defect or print quality problem.

-Incorrect Item: If we accidentally send a different product, color, or size than what you ordered, we’ll replace it right away at no cost.

-Non-Delivery: Order lost in transit and confirmed by the carrier.

If your claim is approved, we’ll send a replacement at no cost or issue a refund to your original payment method.

Size & Fit Help

Each item is printed just for you, so we can’t accept returns for sizing issues — but we’ll always do our best to help.

If you ordered the wrong size, please reach out within 30 days of delivery.
We’ll do our best to help with a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

– Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
– Incorrect size ordered
– Custom or personalized products
– Hygiene-related items (e.g., socks, underwear) unless unopened and unused
